Estonian Air Navigation Services (EANS, Lennuliiklusteeninduse Aktsiaselts) is a next generation air navigation services provider, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. We are state-owned public limited company under the jurisdiction Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communication of Republic of Estonia.
We provide safe and efficient air navigation services together with air traffic management consultation and training services.

EANS holds an ANS provider certificate issued in accordance with the European Commission Regulation No 2096/2005 and Regulation No 550/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as recognition of compliance with common requirements for ANS provider, which is a state guarantee of the quality of the services provided.
The activities of aeronautical information, air traffic management, communication, navigation and surveillance services are compliant with ISO 9001:2015 requirements for quality management standard.
ECAA certified EANS as a training organisation in autumn 2015. EANS provides unit and continuation training.
At the beginning of 2016 Estonian CAA issued ANS Flight Procedure Design Certificate.
All EANS activities are governed by European Union and Estonian legislation, ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) regulations.
